Good to know
- No home delivery, no cash on delivery. Orders are collected from the lorry parcel office, usually a short distance from your area.
- Transit. 15–30 days by lorry, depending on your town and the season.
- Tracking. Your order-status page shows the Lorry Receipt (LR) number after dispatch. Use it to check with the transport office.
- Collecting. Bring the LR number and a photo ID.
