How do I order?
Add products on the order page, choose your town, place the order, pay from your own UPI app or bank and send us the payment proof. See how to order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ₹5,000. The cart shows a progress bar to the minimum.
How do I pay?
From your own UPI app or bank, straight to Sivakasi Enterprises: scan the PhonePe, BHIM or GPay QR, pay to UPI ID sivakasienterprises@ybl or @ibl, pay to PhonePe number 7904567729, or transfer to our State Bank of India current account. See payment details.
Do you accept online payment or cash on delivery?
Neither. Fireworks cannot be sold through e-commerce websites, so this website is for seeing our products and sending an enquiry, and lorries carry only fully paid orders. We contact you after your enquiry, and you pay by UPI or bank transfer.
How do I know you received my payment?
Enter the UPI transaction ID on your order page and the status changes to payment claimed straight away. We verify payments at 11 am and 7 pm every day, and you get an email and WhatsApp when it becomes payment verified.
Do you offer home delivery?
No. The transporter calls when your parcel reaches the parcel office nearest you, and you collect it there. See delivery towns.
What is the last date to order for Diwali?
Wednesday 14 October 2026. Orders paid by then reach your parcel office before Diwali, or are refunded in full.
What is your refund policy?
If a paid order does not reach your parcel office before Diwali, you get a full refund. Delivered orders cannot be returned, as fireworks cannot be sent back by lorry. See our refund policy.
